Choosing Tiles For The Malaysian Climate
Glossy porcelain in a wet kitchen? Here is what actually survives humidity, monsoon mud and a decade of mopping.
Renovation · Construction · Maintenance
From tired terrace houses in Cheras to busy shopfronts in KL, our crews handle the hacking, wiring, wet works and finishing — on a fixed quote and a published timeline.
What We Do
Most renovation headaches come from juggling separate contractors. Appco keeps design, wet works, plumbing and finishing under one roof, so the schedule — and the responsibility — stays with us.
Whole-house makeovers for terrace, semi-D and condo units: hacking, extensions, kitchens, bathrooms and every finish in between.
Explore Service
Fit-outs that open on time: cafes, clinics, retail lots and offices built to landlord and bomba requirements.
Explore Service
Roof leaks, cracked render, repainting and scheduled upkeep for houses, strata blocks and commercial premises.
Explore Service
Bathroom re-piping, waterproofing, drainage and pressure problems solved properly — not patched over.
Explore Service
Layouts, lighting plans and material palettes prepared by our designer before a single wall comes down.

Talk To Our TeamWhy Appco
We are not the biggest contractor in the Klang Valley, and that is deliberate. Four permanent crews, one project manager per job, and a director who still walks every site weekly. That is how quotes stay fixed and hand-over dates stay honest.

How It Works
We measure, photograph and listen. You get straight answers about budget and feasibility on the spot.
An itemised quote with a week-by-week programme — valid for 30 days, no obligation.
One project manager, Friday photo updates, and a site kept clean enough for you to visit anytime.
Joint inspection, defect list cleared, then a 12-month workmanship warranty in writing.
Client Words
The quote they gave in March was the amount we paid in June. Our terrace house in Bandar Mahkota Cheras finally feels twice its size, and the crew swept the porch every single evening.
Melissa T.Homeowner, Cheras
They fitted out our clinic over nights and weekends so we never closed. Bomba submission, landlord approvals, everything handled. We opened one day ahead of schedule.

Three contractors quoted our leaking bathroom. Appco was the only one who found the real cause — a failed membrane, not the pipes. Fixed once, dry ever since.

Common Questions
Yes. Our in-house designer prepares layouts, material boards and 3D previews, and the same team carries the drawings through to hacking, wet works, carpentry and handover, so nothing is lost between paper and site.
A single bathroom refresh usually starts around RM12,000, condo interiors from RM40,000, and full landed-home refurbishments from RM90,000 upward. After a site visit we give a fixed, itemised quotation so you can see exactly where every ringgit goes.
Appco Construction & Renovation Sdn Bhd is a registered Malaysian company with CIDB-registered personnel, and every project is covered by contractor all-risk insurance for your peace of mind.
In many cases, yes. We phase commercial jobs into night and weekend shifts, hoard off work zones and keep dust and noise controlled so your business can keep trading.
A bathroom takes about two weeks, a condo interior six to nine weeks, and a full landed renovation three to five months. Your quotation comes with a week-by-week programme and we report progress with photos.
Every project is backed by a 12-month workmanship warranty covering trades we performed, and we return to put defects right at no charge within that period.

Site visits across KL and Selangor are free, and so is our honest opinion.
