Refitting premises that cannot close? We phase works into night and weekend shifts, seal active zones behind dust hoarding, and schedule the loud trades — hacking, coring, grinding — for hours your customers never see. Clinics have kept full appointment books through our re-fits.
Timeline And Budget
A straightforward retail or office fit-out runs four to eight weeks; F&B with kitchen works runs six to ten. Budgets typically start around RM60 per square foot for offices and RM120 for F&B. We quote fixed, itemised, and tied to a programme you can hold us to.
