Water is patient. A pinhole leak or a failed membrane will quietly work on your slab for a year before it announces itself in the ceiling below. Our licensed plumber and wet-works crew handle:

- Waterproofing with flood tests held for 48 hours before tiling
- Re-piping ageing GI pipes to PPR or copper
- Low pressure fixes: pump and pressure-tank installation
- Water heater installation and relocation (storage and instant)
- External drainage, apron slabs and gully re-grading
- Leak detection with moisture mapping — before any hacking
Why We Flood-Test Every Membrane
Retiling a leaking bathroom without proving the new membrane is like repainting over rust. After applying the waterproofing system we plug the floor, flood it, and leave it for 48 hours while checking the ceiling below. Only a dry ceiling releases the tiler. It costs us two days and saves you a second renovation.
Straight Pricing
Bathroom wet-works packages start around RM12,000 including sanitary fittings of your choice. Re-piping a double-storey terrace runs RM8,000–RM15,000 depending on access. Diagnostic visits for leaks are charged flat at RM250, waived if you proceed with the repair.
