Full Home Refurbishment

One contract, one crew, one hand-over date — for everything from the front gate to the back kitchen extension.

What A Refurbishment With Appco Covers

A full refurbishment is where a single-trade contractor struggles most, because the job is really eight trades in sequence: demolition, structure, wet works, wiring, plastering, tiling, carpentry and painting. Miss the sequencing and you pay twice — a wall plastered before the wiring passes inspection is a wall you hack again.

Appco runs the whole chain in-house. Your project manager owns the programme; our own crews carry it out. Typical scopes include:

  • Kitchen extensions and wet/dry kitchen rebuilds
  • Bathroom overhauls with membrane waterproofing and flood tests
  • Room reconfiguration — removing or adding partitions, opening staircases
  • Full rewiring with new DB boxes and additional points
  • Flooring throughout: porcelain, vinyl click, engineered timber
  • Built-in carpentry: wardrobes, TV consoles, kitchen cabinets
  • Facade renewal, roofing, awnings, gates and fencing

Living In The House During Works?

Around half our refurbishment clients stay in the property while we work. We split the programme into zones, hoard off the active area with dust barriers, and keep one working bathroom live at all times. It adds a little to the schedule and nothing to the mess.

What It Costs And How Long It Takes

Landed full refurbishments typically run RM90,000 to RM350,000 depending on structural scope and finishes, over three to five months. Condo interiors run RM40,000 to RM150,000 over six to nine weeks. Your quote is itemised line by line, so if the number needs trimming, you choose what goes — not us.
