Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. appco.help uses very few of them, and this page lists every single one — no fine print, no hidden trackers.
Cookies We Set
Strictly Necessary
- PHPSESSID — a session identifier that makes our enquiry form work securely (it carries the anti-forgery token that protects your submission). Expires when you close your browser.
- cc_cookie — remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies, so the consent banner does not reappear on every visit. Expires after 6 months.
Analytics (Optional)
If you accept the analytics category, we may set first-party cookies that count page visits in aggregate — which guides get read, which service pages lead to enquiries. These tell us nothing about who you are, and nothing is set unless you opt in.
Your Choices
On your first visit a banner offers Accept and Reject. Rejecting leaves only the strictly necessary cookies, and the site works fully either way. You can revisit your decision anytime via the Cookie Settings link in the footer of every page, which reopens the preference panel.
Controlling Cookies In Your Browser
Every modern browser lets you view, block and delete cookies through its settings (usually under Privacy or Site Data). Blocking the strictly necessary cookies will prevent the enquiry form from submitting, but browsing is unaffected.
Third Parties
Our fonts load from Google Fonts and the consent banner script loads from the jsDelivr content delivery network. Serving those files exposes your IP address to those providers, as with any web resource; neither sets cookies through this site.
