From Weekend Repairs To 340 Hand-Overs
Appco Construction & Renovation Sdn Bhd was registered in 2021, but the story starts earlier — with weekend repair jobs around Bandar Mahkota Cheras that kept turning into referrals. Word spread for a simple reason: we showed up when we said we would, and the final invoice matched the quote.
Today we run four permanent site crews covering Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. We deliberately stay this size. Every job gets a dedicated project manager, and our director still walks every active site each week. When a company grows past that, quality becomes someone else’s problem. Here, it stays ours.
Our workshop and office sit in Bandar Mahkota Cheras, where we keep our own carpentry bench, tile stock and plumbing store — one reason our schedules do not slip when a supplier does.
